No time like the present… January 9, 2005

So, finally…this blog is set up…like I’ve been meaning to do for several months.
Why does it so often happen that we put off that which we even know that we want to do, if it seems like it might be complex?
Maybe the answer’s different for each of us. In my case, the bogeyman of the moment is perfectionism (and yes…if you’ve read my profile, I am a personal development teacher…and no, sadly, that doesn’t mean I stop battling with stuff like this…just that it makes it more interesting!)
So even into the second week of this New Year, my resolution to “replace perfectionism whenever I find it in myself, with action” seems to be holding.
A great time therefore, to start this much-vaunted blog…and to put to the test the first personal development idea (from Mike Litman’s “Greatness Held Hostage” CD) that, “You don’t have to get it right, you just have to get it going.”
Watch this space.
Til tomorrow.
Clare
