An incredible reaction

It’s been a hectic kind of a week, so a distinct absence of blog (apologies).

But I still wanted to share something quite incredible with you.

As you might remember if you’re read this for ages, I’ve been interested in natural vision improvement for a while.

But, as so often the way, I only got really fired up about it again about a three ago (ie when it was time to make an appointment for the opticians).

After going through various exercises, I felt that things had improved slightly.

Indeed they had. The optician checked his records, as well as my sight, and confirmed it. 0.25 of a diopter (I may not have spelled that correctly).

Was he though, as a member of a supposed “healing profession” pleased about this?

Was he heck. Incredibly, he stopped only to stress that the change, though measurable was “too small to merit a change of prescription” (ie I have to stick with a prescription that’s now technically too strong) and that I “still have astigmatism”.

Being me, this trebled my determination to prove that even more change of this kind may be possible, with the right mindset.

But maybe the first thing I need to change is my optician!

Have a great, and clear-sighted weekend. More on this long-running experiment in a while.

Clare
