Many thanks James, and v. fair comments.

On the steps-yes, it seems that lots of other people are more numerate than me :-)

I do tend to err on the side of shaking people awake...you never know what people have to do after the recording, and it's absolutely vital that listeners are safe at all times. But maybe I can lead into it a bit more gently next time. Thanks so much for your feedback...I am encouraged into the thought that I might set up a podcast here now.

What does every one else who's downloaded this (and I know you're out there, I've seen the stats ;-) think?

Absolutely superb MP3 - thanks for making it available free of charge! It was very, very relaxing. Three little comments, one of which is inconsequential:

1) I know the person behind the voice, so I find it a little distracting! But the majority of listeners will not have that problem.

2) When you mention that once I have decended the 5 steps to the beach, I will feel 100% more relaxed -my brain automatically came awake again and thought - that's 20% per step!

3) I was so relaxed after the first 19 and half minutes, I was almost asleep. In the last 30 seconds though when you try to bring the listener out of a relaxed state, I felt as though I had been shaken awake!

These are minor quibbles though and I think a podcast containing these kinds of recordings would be very popular.
